The hotel has an incredible location, very convenient for us Muslims as it is very close to the Masjid Al Haram and restaurants.

Location is marvelous, not far from good restaurants.- Makkah is close for prayer in the holy mosque Alharam.- Nearby shopping mall with a food court and shops to visit at night.- Conveniently located in tower 5, which is really near King Fahad gate.

This venue is quite clean with friendly staff at the reception. The room is impressive and the breakfast is wonderful, fresh, and perfect to kickstart the day with delicious meals.

The hotel was ideal and clean, overlooking the street. We got a room with beautiful decor and a nice bathroom to relax. The property was in a marvelous location very close to a taxi, Makkah tower leading right into the courtyard of Masjid Haram and close to Bab Fahd. It was set minutes away from Raffles Spa.

All in all, it's superior place that has very polite and courteous staff at the reception desk.

It was so convenient to be able to join the congregational prayers without any trouble or delays. This is especially great for families with older members or kids. The hotel itself is well-maintained and very clean, providing enhanced comfort and quality services. The staff here is exceptional, from the helpful reception staff to the wonderful concierge team who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.
